Hello! First of all, thank you soooo much for the amazing lesson on Jacket fitting, its amazing.

My question is how is the alteration of “stretching the back” performed. Do you do it with the back panel attached to the rest of the jacket or do you need to take it of? Can it be done to a finished jacket with the final stitching and the lining?
