How is this advanced tab welt pocket made?
American couturier designer, author and teacher Kenneth D King made this tab welt pocket. I'm obsessed with welt pockets. I'm hoping someone can tell me how it's made. I'm wondering if it's simpler than it looks - just a faux welt pocket??

I love the diagram you provided including where you show the bag/pocket being attached and vertical fold line 2. I did do the snips, but didn't do the top stitching. I'm still wondering if only some fabrics are appropriate for the extension to fold and hang nicely. Thanks again.
